Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the HoverAI macOS app, website, account features, AI features, free trial, and subscription services. By using HoverAI, you agree to these Terms.

Using HoverAI

You must use HoverAI lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for the text, prompts, files, and other content you submit to the service.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use HoverAI to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.

AI-Generated Output

HoverAI uses AI systems and third-party providers to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact uses.

Accounts and Security

Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, poses a security risk, violates these Terms, or creates risk for HoverAI, our service providers, or other users.

Free Trial and Subscriptions

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial expires, continued access to paid AI features requires an active subscription.

Current subscription options may include a quarterly plan and a yearly plan. Prices, plan availability, billing periods, and included usage limits may change, but changes will not reduce the already-paid period of an active subscription.

Payments are processed by Creem. Subscription activation, renewal, cancellation, payment failures, taxes, invoices, and customer billing records may be handled through Creem and reflected in your HoverAI account status.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a subscription through the payment or account controls made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, payment processor rules, and the circumstances of the purchase. If you need help with cancellation, billing, or refunds, contact [email protected].

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep HoverAI reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Features may depend on third-party providers, model availability, and network access.

We may update the app, website, models, pricing, limits, and policies over time.

Intellectual Property

HoverAI, including its software, interface, branding, and website, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of HoverAI to you. You retain your rights in content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us and our providers to process it and provide the service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HoverAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or third-party provider failures.
